Turkey Day is right around the corner and for some, that means hosting for the first time. A lot of people are afraid of this challenge, but you don't have to be. Award-winning chef Curtis Stone is sharing three expert Thanksgiving tips with Kristina Guerrero.
1. Stick to the Classics
This holiday is all about tradition and those dishes bring back special memories. Once you get your head around cooking those dishes it becomes very simple.
2. Brine Your Bird
You can make your own, just like Curtis Stone, by mixing some cranberry juice, some sugar and some salt. Let the turkey sit in the brine overnight and you'll be ready to cook the perfect bird.
3. Master the Sides
It's much easier to master the sides over the turkey because you can practice before the big Turkey Day. Do some tests leading up to your dinner so everything will be to perfection.
