Robert De Niro and Bradley Cooper have been chatting up a storm and promoting their new movie "Silver Linings Playbook."
The actors threw some star power into daytime TV, each visiting NBC's "Today" show, with Bradley revealing his reluctance to play De Niro's bi-polar son.
“I thought this isn't really right for me because I was scared, and because David O’Russell makes movies where you have to really do it. It was demanding,” Cooper said.
De Niro told Matt Lauer how the movie's dramatic elements paired with its sense of humor.
“That's what life is really about. The comedy and the irony is right next to the comedy,” De Niro said.
The stars also double-teamed on "Live with Kelly and Michael."
