Transform a trip to the grocery store from pretty tedious to just plain pretty. You have to go there anyway, why not get pretty while you get your groceries?
Registered Dietitian Jessica Lehmann gave us her grocery list for eating yourself pretty.
1) Asparagus: Asparagus has a lot of minerals and fiber.
2)Cherries: Cherries contain that deep dark red pigment that's great for your body. They also have Vitamin C which is an ingredient in Collagen, which is really important for that plump luscious skin.
3) Hummus: Hummus is made of chickpeas, tahini, sesame oil, lemon juice and olive oil. All these things are great for you skin.
