One in four Americans eat some type of fast food every day, and almost all of us succumb at some point, but fast food doesn't have to mean fat food. Lindsey Granger found four low-calorie drive-thru options.
1. Wendy’s Chili and Garden Salad
Choose the fat-free Italian dressing for your salad and no cheese on your chili to stay under 350 calories.
2. KFC’s Original Recipe Chicken
Having a wing with plain rice or corn will keep your meal under 300 calories.
3. Burger King's Veggie Burger
The veggie burger comes in at 390 calories, but be sure to ask for it without sauce.
4. Dunkin' Donuts Cinnamon Cake Munchkins
Two of these will keep you at 100 calories, so give the rest to your co-workers!
