The MAC’s kick classes will make you feel like Chuck Norris, Wonder Woman and J-Lo all rolled up in one.
“A class like kick is very high energy and people seem to really enjoy it,” said Sharon.
The MAC makes it fun through group fitness.
“People are three times more likely to stick with an exercise program if they have a buddy joining them,” she added.
