Top 2013 bridal trends and best Cleveland movies

CLEVELAND - It’s wedding planning season, and that means it’s time to make decisions. But, it may not be as big of a task compared to year's past.

"I just think brides are just really kinda getting out of the box," said Kellie Garrett from Natalya’s Event Planning and Boutique

Ryan Konikoff, Creative and Talent Director for Rock the House agrees.

"People are a little more educated in the bridal market right now," Konikoff said.

But that doesn’t make it easy.

"You’re buying from businesses you’ve never heard about before on things that you’ve never needed before, and spending all of this money and you don’t know where to turn," Jennifer Fyffe, VP of Shows at Today’s Bride Magazine said.

That’s where Fyffe and her team at Today’s Bride comes in. All you need, is in one place this weekend, at the IX Center.

The hottest trends this year are:

1) Simple and clean

2) Mint Green

3) Jeweled bouquets

4) Vintage broaches

5) Video messaging that post directly to Facebook

But, Garrett gives the best advice before you start planning

"Don’t get caught up in all the chatter from your friends and family. Just pick what you want."

The Today's Bride bridal show runs Saturday and Sunday this weekend, at the I-X center.
