This app features 0 ads and they're pre-screened and hand-picked every video -- making sure things are safe, family friendly and educational. It’s only available only on Apple devices and $4.99 a month.
2. PBS Kids
This app is free, works on Android and Apple devices and has all of your kiddoes favorite PBS content. There are thousands of videos for to choose from but our favorite part is the tab that shows parents what the particular learning goal is for that video.

This one has PBS favorites alongside Disney and imported shows. Parents can lock children into only watching kid content, if they try to stray, Hulu will ask for your account password before they can continue. This is a great deal at $5.99 a month.
