Here's what's new in books this week:
GABRIELLE DOUGLAS: Olympic gold medal gymnast Gabrielle Douglas has released her book "Grace, Gold, and Glory." She revealed her message for everyone who looks up to her on Katie Couric's show.
“No matter where you come from, no matter what your background is, no matter what nationality you are, if you believe and trust in yourself, anything is possible, and you can achieve anything,” said Douglas.
J.R. MARTINEZ: War veteran and "Dancing with the Stars" champ J.R. Martinez has a new book called "Full of Heart: My Story of Survival, Strength, and Spirit." He's been through a lot, and shares his inspirational message on "Ellen"
“I believe everything happens for a reason and you just have to trust the path when change happens in your life, and just run with it and trust yourself and trust life and it works out. The time's always right,” said Martinez.
WILLIAM DAVIS: Finally, "Wheat Belly" author William Davis claims wheat is as addictive as many drugs and is killing us. He explains his weight loss and health secret on Dr. Oz.
“You lose the wheat, you lose the appetite stimulation, you lose the weight, and it happens easier than you thought,” said Davis.
