The cocktail world is getting all shook up for 2019. Bartender Phil Clark of Kimpton Hotels helped Forbes magazine in a survey of the year’s hottest cocktail trends. And now Phil has turned those trends into a trio of tasty libations!

1. Philistines at the Hedgerow

Pouring into the first spot on our list – an elevated mocktail which uses non-alcoholic gin. Yes, that really exists! If you’re doing “dry January”, you’ll definitely want to try this one.

2 oz. Seedlip 94

1 oz. raspberry shrub

.5 oz. lime juice

2 dashes rhubarb bitters

2. Liberty Punch

Our next cocktail, the Liberty Punch, uses exotic flavors – another hot 2019 trend!

1.5 oz. Ford’s Gin

.75 lemon juice

.75 black tea syrup

.5 oz. turmeric juice

2 dashes rosewater

2 dashes lavender bitters

3. Take it Black

Unexpected ingredients are the last trend on our list. And the “take it black” doesn’t disappoint – it features real squid ink!

1.5 oz. Appleton Jamaican Rum

.75 oz. Rittenhouse Rye

.75 oz. vanilla

.5 oz St. George Coffee Liqueur

1 tsp. squid ink
