25/25 WORKOUT: Get fit without the gym

We're three months out from our new year's resolution to get fit and statistics show that more than half of us already stopped going to the gym. Some blame time or cost, but now there are no  excuses because Donna Ruko and Nike master trainer Nikki Metzger have a 25 minute workout that you can do anywhere, with only $25 worth of fitness gear.

Here are the three things you’ll need to get started:

1.  Jump Rope

You can pick this one up for around $6 and the good thing about it is it's adjustable.

2.  Resistance Bands

You can pick up these bands for around $12 and they’re great for strengthening and toning.

3.  Yoga Block

You can pick one of these up for around $7. It’s great for stretching and cooling down after your workout.
