25/25 WORKOUT: Get fit without the gym

Some blame time or cost, but now there are no excuses because Donna Ruko and Nike master trainer Nikki Metzger have a 25 minute workout that you can do anywhere, with only $25 worth of fitness gear.
Here are the three things you’ll need to get started:
1. Jump Rope
You can pick this one up for around $6 and the good thing about it is it's adjustable.
2. Resistance Bands
You can pick up these bands for around $12 and they’re great for strengthening and toning.
3. Yoga Block
You can pick one of these up for around $7. It’s great for stretching and cooling down after your workout.
