Fun Fact time! Did you know that the Queen of England has secret signals she can send to her secret service when she feels bored or awkward at an event? Don't worry, Queen, we won't give away your secrets, but we've all been there – awkward conversations, meetings, and moments are the worst. If you're looking for new excuses to excuse yourself, Teresa Strasser's got three apps to help you side step out of an uncomfortable encounter, no royal guards needed.

1. Faux-ne Call…Get it?

The easiest way to avoid uncomfortable conversations? Pretend to have a different one! The Gotta Go App lets you set up a call that will make your phone ring from anywhere between a minute to two hours from when you set the call. The calls come through labeled as BFF or Mom and when you pick up the call, it's comedienne Chelsea Handler giving you tips to making your escape.

2. Text Ya Later…

If you're not a big phone call person (which could make your phone call excuse a little fishy), try Faux Message, the fake text app that lets you change your home screen to look like you're getting texts from your very busy, very famous friends like Justin Bieber, Kim K, or Taylor Swift.

3. Can We Get Those Digits?

Firstly, if someone asks for your number and you don't want to give it to them: you don't have to – you are a strong, independent person that don't need no man or woman. But! If you're a little too nice to hand down harsh rejections, give the person you're letting down easy this number: 415-523-0057. After they dial or text, they'll get a response that lets them know that they're cool, just not cool enough for you.
