Security cameras are always rolling which means they catch hours of hilarious behavior from unsuspecting subjects. Smart tech company, Nest, released a compilation of their best home security cam footage submitted by users and celebrate them with the Nestie Awards. Categories included Best Foreign Film, Best Stunt, and even Best Visual Effects…but the stars of the films aren't Hollywood actors and actresses: They're birds, mailmen, and even a Darth Vader. Here's what the Nestie Academy picked for Best Picture:

We made sure to check the envelope and "Gluck Gluck Land" did in fact win Best Picture – no Oscar whoopsies here! But as we see from the list of Nestie Winners, animals ruled the Awards and many of them went to the dogs – literally! We're big Fido fans here so naturally, we compiled our top three dog-starring Nestie pieces, featuring the winners of Best Choreography, Best Supported Dog, and Best Dog in a Lead Role. You'll laugh, you'll cry, you'll be inspired to get some treats.

1. Best Supported Dog: Free Willie

In this (super) short film, we meet Carmine the puppy – a dog that won't take time out lying down. But what happens when he gets sent to puppy jail for the long haul? Find out in this black and white story of doggy courage.

2. Best Choreography: Dirty Dog Dancing

Beef the dog is just a pup that wants to bust a move, but his family won't let him shake his groove thing in one room in the house: the baby's room. Then one day, Beef is left to his own devices, and the baby's room door is wide open. What does Beef do…? He takes the chance – to dance. Five stars.

3. Best Dog in a Lead Role: Pawshank Redemption

The dog in this mini film proves to us that nothing can keep you from reaching your dreams, even if your dream is just to get into the living room to jump on the couch and snuggle in a couple of pillows. As long as you believe, you can achieve; you can be comfy.
