Bradley Hasemeyer is taking one of the world's most popular fruits, strawberries, which can reduce the risk of heart disease, and certain cancers, and spicing them up for some berry yummy fun, all for under $10, during berry season.

1.  Strawberry Oatmeal Bars

It's easy, with 10 minutes of prep, an hour total. Create your crust by mixing oatmeal, flour, ginger, salt, brown sugar, butter, cornstarch, and lemon juice. Set one cup aside and use the rest as your base. Spread the berries across the top, then sprinkle the rest of your crumble over that, and bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes. For the frosting, mix powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and milk. Then drizzle it on top and hello, sweet taste of summer!

2.  Strawberry Cheesecake Bites

With 20 minutes of prep, and a half hour total, this one is medium difficulty, but maximum delicious. Mix the cream cheese, lemon zest, salt, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Then cut the tops off the berries and fill them with the cream cheese mix. Now dip it into a bowl of crushed graham crackers, and chill!

3.  Strawberry Panna Cotta

This one's more complicated, with half an hour of prep, 12 hours total. Start by dissolving gelatin powder in two tablespoons of cold water, and let it swell for ten minutes. In a saucepan, bring the cream, milk, and sugar to a simmer. Once the sugar dissolves, remove it from the heat, and add in one teaspoon of vanilla extract. Once it's cooled, add the gelatin, and chill at a tilt overnight. In the morning, heat the berries with water and sugar. Once it simmers, remove it from the heat, and then muddle your berries, strain, and cool. When you're ready to serve, pour the sauce over the panna cotta.

Fresh and refreshing strawberry desserts, just in time for summertime!
