We've all been there: You're out with your friends, tossing back drinks; you feel like you're invincible…until the next morning. If you've tried all the old (and kind of gross) remedies to cure a hangover but none of them work, Jared Cotter's got 3 natural ways you can get rid of a pesky hangover – without having to do anything gross…well…not too gross…

1. Rabbit Pellet Tea

So, this is the "not too gross" cure option – but we promise our cures don't get any grosser than this. According to history, cowboys used to put rabbit droppings in tea because the pellets have a lot of potassium, a mineral that helps your liver recover after a night of whiskey on the open trail.

And drinking the tea isn't as bad as you'd think! The tea is only brewed with the pellets – it's not like you have to drink or eat them. And the taste is reminiscent of an earthy tasting loose leaf tea…just keep saying that to yourself while you drink it down.

2. Let It All Hang Out

And by "it" we mean – well – studies say that sex can help rebalance hormones that are affected by a hangover, so, I think you know what we mean…

Not touching that one, no pun intended.

3. Enhance the Hair of the Dog

If you didn't know, a Hair of the Dog drink helps you get over a hangover by giving your bod a little bit of alcohol to lessen immediate affects of alcohol withdrawal, and giving it vitamins and nutrients you need to feel better faster. But we're upping the recovery factor with a few extra ingredients:

You'll Need:

Extra-Aged Bourbon

Amaro Liqueur

Orange Juice

Lemon Juice

Activated Charcoal Syrup

Himalayan Pink Salt

First, add some ginger to a cocktail shaker, then muddle it with a shot of extra-aged Bourbon.

Next, add a shot of Amaro liqueur – a digestif that will help settle your stomach.

Add in some lemon juice and some orange juice for Vitamin C; then add in a shot of activated charcoal syrup which will help detoxify your body.

Sprinkle in some Himalayan Pink Salt for electrolytes; shake; pour over ice; and say goodbye to your hangover.
