When trying to lose weight we often make significant progress, but get stuck on those stubborn last ten pounds. Before you get discouraged, listen up! Kristina Guerrero and registered dietitian Theresa Price have a list of tips that are sure to make your last few pounds melt away.
Get grass fed meats and drink a protein shake instead of unhealthy snacks during the day.
Make sure to get enough sleep. The optimal number is eight hours each night! This will ensure a full recovery from the day before.
Combine cardio on treadmill for 20 minutes each day, with strength-training using dumb bells. If you want to combine cardio and strength training in the same exercise, do some burpies.
