3 high-paying summer jobs you need to apply for nowLifestyle The List
Who needs to frolic in the waves when you can be rolling in the dough? Kristina Guerrero has the top three highest paying summer jobs you should apply for now.
1. Tour Guides
From coast to coast vacationers will be signing up for tours and wanting someone to drop some knowledge about the local history. The average tour guide makes about $13, all the way up to $50 an hour and demand goes up in the summer.
2. Party Starter
Entertainment event planners like Star Trax Events in Detroit hire motivational dancers to take parties to the next level. Depending on the party size you can be dancing on dolla dolla bills! Some party starters are seeing tips up to $100. That doesn't include the hourly wages you're making while you're shaking what your momma gave you. That can be anywhere from $25 to $100 an hour.
3. Crab Fishing
This is the deadliest job on the planet for a reason because anything can happen. The guys from Discovery Channel’s Deadliest Catch first introduced us to the job of crab fishing and there's some serious money in those seas. Rookie Alaskan crab harvesters can make up to $10,000 during the three month season.
Big thanks to hype dancer Lucy Rhoades!
