1. Want to Face Your Fears
To make that decision and say you do want to live life to the fullest and grow in every way possible and to do that you have to face your fears.
2. Surround Yourself with Support
Michelle had her husband during my entire project encouraging her and actually facing the fears with her. You’ll need all the support you can get to conquer your fears.
3. What’s the Best That Could Happen?
As humans we are wired to think about the worst case scenarios. We don't even have to ask ourselves that question – we're already thinking about that answer in our minds. When we focus too much on the risk then we're never going to actually take action. To take action we need to focus on the reward.
