3 Interactive Museums You’ll Want to ExperienceLifestyle The List
Traditionally, museums are all about "Look, don't touch" and "No photos," but there’s a new generation of museums that you might call a playground of interaction. These attractions invite you to be part of the experience. Bradley Hasemeyer is checking out three museums that will totally immerse you in the arts.
1. Musical Instrument Museum in Scottsdale, AZ
The MIM is dedicated exclusively to music, and the only one that represents music globally from every single country in the world. Your ears will travel the world as you listen to the music of other cultures at this museum focused on the love of music.
2. The Mob Museum in Las Vegas, NV
This gangster museum is unique in that they've taken a wonderful historic building and filled it with a truly modern and spectacular interactive experience. The highlight from The Mob Museum is an interactive experience where guests get to try their hand at FBI surveillance techniques. Can’t make it in person? Mobot will enable guests to virtually visit via their computer or mobile device and direct their experience just like they were physically there.
3. Art In Island in The Philippines
This 3D art museum in Manila lets you become part of the art. You can also take video, touch the paintings, and fully immerse yourself in the experience. The museum is filled with unique paintings that, when photographed from a certain angle, create optical illusions. You’ll definitely feel fully surrounded by art at the Art in Island.
Don’t just look at art, be a part of it!
