3 new ways art & technology are working togetherTechList The List
Technological innovations happen every day and art – whether it be music, graphics, or just a painting on the wall, are everywhere. It’s only fitting that these two mediums will overlap. Jared Cotter has some amazing collaborations where tech and art meet.
1. A Garden of Light
Over 2,000 daffodils illuminated in the middle of London, each representing a Marie Curie nurse caring for someone with a terminal illness. A lot of their nursing staff actually works at night and that’s why this display lights up at night. They are bringing a little bit of light in the darkest hours. The exhibition also represents people we've lost and who are living with cancer.
2. A Computer That Writes Songs
IBM's super computer Watson teamed up with Grammy winning producer Alex Da Kid to do something Alex never thought was possible – write a song. You can check it out below:

3. Making Art in Virtual Reality
Used with an Oculus Rift headset, Medium is a program that lets the user sculpt, color, edit and even share creations. The most exciting part for artists is the full immersion.
