3 Nonalcoholic Drink Recipes You’ll Fall in Love With
Food The ListValentine's Day is coming up and most people like to celebrate over a toast, but if you're not feeling boozy and want to set the mood for the most romantic day of the year, we have the solution. Donna Ruko and The Gladly's Brian Goodwin have three nonalcoholic drink recipes you’ll fall in love with.
1. Strawberries & Bubbles
1 oz simple syrup (equal parts sugar and water slowly heated until the sugar is dissolved)
I cup of stemless strawberries
1 sprig fresh thyme
1 ½ oz fresh juices (combined coconut, wheatgrass, pineapple)
Tonic
Place strawberries and thyme sprig in a shaker of ice along with simple syrup. Shake vigorously for 20 seconds. Pour resulting Strawberry Thyme Syrup from shaker into glass
Fill glass with ice
To create the layered effect, pour the fruit juices into the glass over the back of a spoon. This will disperse the juices over a larger surface area so that the liquids settle on top of the strawberry syrup instead of mixing with it
Top the drink off with tonic
Garnish with strawberry and thyme sprig!
Mix before you drink!

2 oz double strength chamomile tea (2 teabags to same amount of brew water)
1 ½ oz Molasses Syrup (2 parts water ; 1 part water)
