Recently there have been some incredible homes popping up, either to buy or rent, right here in the U.S. and they are over the top, beautiful and certainly unique. Jared Cotter has the three most crazy-cool houses across America that you’ll want to visit.

1.  Falcon Nest in Prescott, Arizona

This crib towers over the competition It’s a 10 story home built in 1994 and it packs a personal elevator. Each floor has either a living space or a balcony and when you reach the top it's an open floor plan with bedrooms on both sides of the living room-slash-kitchen. It's all about the views here! Even the bathrooms overlook the mountains. If you want to nest here, it's going to auction at the end of May, with a reserve of $750,000.

2.  Ra Paulette Cavern Homes in Santa Fe, New Mexico

Featured in the documentary Cave Digger by director Jeffrey Karoff, these are living spaces carved by hand, out of sandstone buttes in New Mexico. Some are finished with hard wood floors, murals, mosaics, power and running water. They are on a 208 acre parcel and 2 of the 14 caves are for sale for $475,000.

3.  Mushroom House in Perinton, New York

This rental property goes for around $10,000 a month. For that steep price you get a three bed and three bath pod house, that's funky on the outside and artsy on the inside. It has a spacious great room featuring amazing ceilings, artistic tile walls, a unique gas fire place and a spectacular mahogany tree form.
