Spend less time in the kitchen and more time with your family on Thanksgiving. Kristina Guerrero and Beckett's Table’s chef Justin Beckett have three simple time-saving turkey day dinner hacks.

1.  Freeze Sauces in Ice Cube Trays

This is a simple track that can save you around 20 minutes. Just freeze sauces, like pre-made poultry stock, in ice cube trays.

2.  Skin On Mashed Potatoes

Don't peel your potatoes and you can call them rustic or country-style mashed potatoes. This trick can save you around 45 minutes!

3.  Debone Your Turkey

The average turkey is 15 pounds and takes about four hours to cook, but not a deboned one. Deboning the bird is going to save you around one hour and 45 minutes in the long run to spend time with your family and friends.
