It's very important to hydrate before and after any bath because you'll be losing a lot of fluid during the detox process. Now, on with the list!
1. Basic Detox Bath
This one is simple. Use one cup Epsom salt and two cups baking soda. These pull the toxins from your body. You’ll want to do this simple detox formula as a base for our next two baths.
2. Get in the Mood Bath
Start with your base. You'll need rose or flower petals, rose water, and Ylang Ylang. Ylang Ylang has long been considered an aphrodisiac, and you can get the essential oil at any health food store.
3. Invigorating Bath
Add some ground ginger to your base and you can also add any citrus oil. These are natural ways to boost your energy!
With all of these baths, you'll want to soak for a minimum of 20 minutes.
