3 Steamy New Twists on the Classic Tea PartyFood The List
Tea for two and two for tea, it's party time for you and me. Tea parties aren't just about grandma's porcelain cups and finger sandwiches anymore. You might even need a designated driver to get home from one of them. Kristina Guerrero is checking out three new steamy twists on the classic tea party.
1. Tipsy Tea Party
I’m a little teapot, short and drunk? Well, you might be if you pop over to the Tipsy Tea Party at The Camby Hotel in Phoenix, Arizona. This saucy soiree is held every week offering tea infused cocktails like a Green Tea Daiquiri and Spiced Pear Toddy.
2. The Free Tea Bus
Since 2006 Giuseppi Spadafora has been roaming the U.S. in his free tea bus offering tea parties and a chance for people to stop and smell the tea leaves.
3. Big Flag Tea
Throw your own next-level tea party at home by using a company like Big Flag Tea. They have unique flavors like Hawaiian Bliss, Sweet South Carolina, California Gold, Philly Freedom, The First Lady and many more fun options. Now that will get the tea party started! Also, 5 percent of all their sells goes towards organizations supporting U.S. troops.
