1. Tight Pants
If you wear restrictive clothing that compresses on your abdomen, it can cause heartburn and trouble breathing. Swap those tight jeans for stretch pants or leggings.
2. Synthetic Fabrics
Fabrics that don’t breathe can make it difficult for air to circulate in your skin and that can actually cause fungal infections. Trade your synthetic clothing for organic fabrics.
3. Shoulder Bags
These bags can cause muscle strain in your neck, back and can lead to pain. They can also disrupt your posture and lead to a permanent back injury. Switch you shoulder bag with a fanny pack.
