Disagreements on Facebook and Twitter can turn ugly fast – and they become less about enlightening your opponent than destroying them. But an exchange of ideas doesn’t have to mean an end to civility. So we spoke with School of Thought founder Jesse Richardson who showed us a few ways to argue better.
