1. Get the Nutrients From the Sea with Sea Veggies
These vegetables are packed with all types of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants that have been used for beauty and medicinal purposes for centuries.
Spirulina is type of blue-green algae that has antioxidants and lots of beta carotene, so it's known for slowing the breakdown in your skin. It's also an anti-inflammatory, which is also great for your skin.
2. Can't Walk Barefoot on the Beach? Try an Earthing Mat
When we make direct contact with the surface of the earth, our bodies receive a charge of energy that makes us feel better, fast. This is called earthing. The Earthing Mat's goal is to connect you to the earth's energy by using the outlet closest to the ground, which connects directly to the ground outside.
3. Get Your Dose of Magnesium from Homemade Sea Water
Experts say magnesium depresses nerves, putting you into a more relaxed state. It also promotes skin moisture. Some doctors say drinking a warm glass of salt water every day has a lot of health benefits.
