1. Brussels Sprout Dip
You've heard of artichoke dip and spinach dip, but have you tried Brussels sprouts dip? Enjoy this new twist on a classic finger food favorite.
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 15 minutes
Yield: 8 servings
Ingredients
2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
2 cloves garlic, minced
6 ounces shaved Brussels sprouts (about 2 cups)
¼ tsp each sea salt and ground black pepper
1/2 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Directions
Heat skillet over medium high heat. Once hot add 1 tablespoon of olive oil, garlic and brussels sprouts – then ¼ teaspoon kosher salt and freshly cracked black pepper. Cook for 3-5 minutes or until tender. Remove from heat. Stir into skillet Greek yogurt, cream cheese, mozzarella and Parmesan cheese until fully combined. Lightly grease small baking dish with remaining olive oil. Spoon dip into the baking dish and bake at 400 F for 10 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serve with veggies and tortilla chips.

2. Buffalo Chicken Stuffed Mushrooms
We love buffalo sauce-flavored anything, to be honest! This tasty dish is guaranteed to spice up your next get together.
Prep time: 20 minutes
Cook time: 15 minutes
Yield: 8 servings
Ingredients
8 ounces baby bella mushrooms
1 tablespoon olive oil
6 ounces cooked and shredded chicken breast
¼ cup buffalo sauce
¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
¼ cup non-fat Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon buffalo sauce
3 tablespoons water
Thinly sliced scallions
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 F. Remove stems from mushrooms and set aside. Place mushroom caps on baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Season with a pinch of salt and black pepper, then set aside. Add mushroom stems and chicken to a food processor. Pulse a few times until just combined. Remove mixture and stir in buffalo sauce and cheese. Spoon about 1-2 tablespoons chicken mixture into each mushroom cap. Bake for 15 minutes, until warmed through. Meanwhile, mix Greek yogurt, buffalo sauce and water together. Drizzle over each mushroom cap and garnish with scallions

3. Sweet Potato Totchos
If you love sweet potato fries or sweet potato pie, then this third recipe is right up your ally! This cheesy and crunchy dish will have your taste buds screaming touch down!

Yield: 6 servings
Ingredients
1 bag frozen sweet potato tater tots
1 cup kidney beans
1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
Avocado Crema Ingredients
¼ cup Greek yogurt
¼ cup prepared guacamole
Additional Toppings
Red onion, thinly sliced
Jalapeno, thinly sliced
Cilantro
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place tater tots on the baking sheet and bake for about 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven. Top tater tots with beans and cheese. Place back in the oven for at least five minutes or until cheese has melted. Remove from oven and garnish with avocado crema, red onion, jalapeno and cilantro.
