The average American eats around 215 lbs of meat each year. And new research suggests that if everyone in the U.S. cut their meat consumption by a quarter, it’d be almost equivalent to taking over 17 million cars off the road for a year. So it’s better for the environment – but is it better for you? We spoke to dietitian Sharon Palmer on whether to beef or not to beef.
