Now let’s dive into some of the benefits of celery juice. “[It’s] full of nutrients, vitamin A, vitamin C, folate, [and] a full profile of electrolytes including magnesium, calcium, sodium, and potassium,” says chef Teresa. “It’s great for dehydration – definitely a good start to the morning to make sure you’re hydrated for the day.” It also helps to reduce inflammation and boosts your immunity thanks to its richness in vitamin C.
3. How Much Celery Juice Should I Drink?
Now, you’re probably asking yourself how much celery juice should I drink? “One bunch of celery will make about 16 oz. or about two cups of celery juice,” says Teresa. She recommends drinking it first thing each morning on an empty stomach. Why? Welp, the nutrients in the juice will absorb better when there’s nothing in your stomach to dilute it.
