La Croix seems to have taken over the planet – even replacing alcohol in some cocktails! So to honor this effervescent can of excellence, bartender Justin Arellano at Artizen in Phoenix, Arizona concocted three delicious mocktails. Read on for three libatious La Croix Recipes to guzzle all
1. The Cobbler
The first mocktail on our list is The Cobbler. This drink is basically a strawberry caipirinha, which is a Brazilian cocktail with muddled lime and sugar. Def one of our fav La Croix recipes!
- 4 lime wedges
- 2 halved strawberries
- .75 oz. simple syrup
- Peach La Croix
- Rocks Glass
Start with four fresh limes and two strawberries. Then add a little simple syrup and ice to the fruit, and get busy shaking. Add some ice and finish with the bubbles. Top with peach La Croix.
2. The Deep End
Next, take a dip into the deep end with this next mocktail. The deep end makes a perfect, refreshing summer poolside cocktail.
- 2 oz. lime juice
- 1.5 oz. simple syrup
- Cucumber wheels
- Pinch of mint
- Lime La Croix
- Collins Glass or High Ball (same thing)
Start by throwing three to four cucumber wheels into the shaker. Add a pinch of mint if you’d like. Then add two ounces of lime juice, and one and a half ounces of simple syrup. Then just muddle, ice, shake, strain, and top with lime La Croix. Yummers!
3. The Raspberry Spritz – The Mother of all La Croix Recipes!
Finally, get your fix of this Coconut Raspberry Spritz.
- 1 oz. lemon juice
- 1 oz. simple syrup
- Muddled raspberries
- Coconut La Croix
- Tall pint glass
Start by taking five or six raspberries and get to muddling. Next, pour in an ounce of lemon juice. Then pour in the simple syrup to balance out the acid. Finally, give it a stir, add crushed ice, and top with coconut La Croix.
