1. Pony Sweat
Emilia Richeson was one of the Richard Simmons' students and she's bringing back his dance and energy with her workout style "Pony Sweat". The class is dance-aerobic based and is great for all levels of fitness. And you can take a class online! Make sure you bring your leotard – perming your hair is optional.
If you haven't heard of Zumba, where have you been? Now more than 15 million people take a class each week. The dance class combines step aerobics and hot Latin music to really get you groovin'. You'll be having so much fun, you won't even notice how hard you're working.
3. Tae Bo Tough
Grab your phones and your credit cards – Tae Bo is still helping people kick their way to fitness but in a new updated way. Billy Blanks is back with the Tae Bo Evolution Edge Fitness gadget. The tool helps you do various exercises at home and even include meal plans! Pump up with one of these for around $110.
