Grillin’ Like a Pro

Summer is the season for enjoying tasty barbecues, but some of us need to brush up on our grilling skills. Haddie Djemal teamed up with former NFL Player and All-Madden Teamer, Mark McMillan, to learn how to BBQ like a beast!  



Instructions for Boom 3.0 Wings

  1. Marinate wings in signature mesquite olive oil & Boom 3.0 spices for an hour in the fridge.
  2. Preheat the smoker up to 175 degrees and place the wings on the smoker for an hour- hour & a half (be sure to turn the wings halfway through the grilling process).
  3. Add your favorite BBQ sauce in the final five minutes of grilling (Sweet Heat BBQ is highly recommended).


Instructions for Smash Burger

  1. Season the beef well with Boom 3.0 seasonings and then place it in the refrigerator for an hour.
  2. Take the beef out of the fridge and let it sit for at least 30 minutes to reach room temperature before placing on the grill.
  3. Roll the burgers into golf-ball size balls and then place on your smoker or griddle. If you’re using a griddle, make sure to spread a little olive oil on the surface.
  4. Let the burgers cook for two minutes then smash them down and flip the burgers over to add your favorite cheese and burger fixings.
