Do you want a way to maintain your highbrow tastes while cooling off this summer? Gourmet and artisanal popsicles are the answer. Teresa Strasser and AZ Pops', Pam Raphel, have three hot recipes for pops that are all natural, tasty, and the most fun you can have on a stick!
1. Papaya Pineapple Coconut Popsicle
Blend papaya, pineapple, water, and sugar. Then sprinkle on the coconut, pour into the molds, and freeze. Very simple and totally yummy!
2. Peach Basil Popsicle
Start off with fresh peaches. Put a little bit of water in there so you can get it just to blend a little bit, add a little bit of basil and then sugar. Now just blend, pour, and freeze.
3. Blueberry Sage Popsicle
Throw in blueberries, sugar, water, lemon juice, and blend. Add the sage, and blend again for a split second, then strain. Now just pour and freeze. This is a next-level popsicle recipe right here!
