A new study of out Sweden says that sleep deprivation can alter your metabolism, which makes you gain weight! But that deep sleep can be hard to achieve if you don’t start changing your environment. So we went to the Valley Sleep Center to meet clinical sleep educator Lauri Leadley, who shared some changes you can make to your bedroom to catch more Z’s.
