1. Blackberry Fontina Grilled Cheese
Really pretty, multi-grain fresh bread
Chopped fresh basil leaves
Sliced fontina cheese
In a large bowl, mash blackberries with a fork. Be careful – they will splatter!
Stir in chopped basil. Heat an electric griddle or large skillet over medium heat
Lay a piece of cheese on each slice of bread, then top with a few spoons of smashed blackberries.
Gently pick up 3 slices, brush some olive oil on the bottom, and place them on the griddle or skillet.
Place the remaining slices on top, brushing them with olive oil too. Cook these over lower and slowly so the bread gets perfectly golden and the cheese melts. Cook each side for about 4-5 minutes.
2. Buffalo Cauliflower Tacos
1/4 teaspoon each garlic powder, salt, and pepper
1 head cauliflower (4-5 cups florets)
3/4 cup hot sauce
Chopped fresh cilantro
Small tortillas, corn or flour
Store-bought avocado crema or guacamole
Preheat oven to 450 degrees
Batter the cauliflower.
Whisk flour, milk, hot sauce, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Put cauliflower pieces in the batter and let excess drip off.
Place on parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake on an upper rack for 15-20 minutes.
3. Cinnamon Crunch Knots
Store-bought cinnamon rolls, cooked per instructions
4 tbsp. butter, melted
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup brown sugar
Melt the 4 tablespoons butter.
Stir the melted butter together with the 1 teaspoon cinnamon and the brown sugar.

Transfer to the oven and bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden.
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons cream cheese at room temperature
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Mix and drizzle as desired. Warm up if needed.
