Shark Week 2018: 5 Ways You Can Stream Online AnywhereEntertainment Trending
Discovery Channel‘s “Shark Week” is in full swing for the 30th year in a row, but if you don’t have cable, where are you supposed to catch all the action? Don’t worry! Here are six ways you can stream online anytime, anywhere.
1. DirecTV NOW
According to Bustle, the key to streaming Shark Week for free is free trials. That’s right. Sign up for stream services that offer you a week-long free trial, and then cancel any time. Take DirecTV NOW, for instance. Their service runs for $40 a month, but they offer first-time users a one-week free trial. So technically, you’re able to sign up, watch your favorite Shark Week shows, and then cancel afterwards, free of charge.
2. PlayStation Vue
The same rule applies with Sony’s streaming service PlayStation Vue. They include Discovery as part of their programming packaging for starters, and new users can sign up for a free five-day trial. You can also cancel at any time.
Philo is another streaming service that features Discovery as part of its channel lineup. Their packages start at $16 a month, but new users can sign up for a seven-day free trial. Currently, they are now available through AppleTV, FireTV and Roku.
If you already have cable but want to catch your favorite episodes away from home, then head on over to Discovery.com. All you have to do is sign in with your TV provider account, and you’ll have access to all full episodes.
5. Shark Week Extra Content
