Coming in at number three is Verizon! One employee at the telecom giant head quartered in New York City summed up working there by saying, “Great management, great benefits, [and] compensation is swell.”
2. Kaiser Permanente
Coming in at number two is Kaiser Permanente. An employee at this health care company based in Oakland, California said, "They are the highest-paying medical facility hands down; “[have the] best benefit packages anywhere; and there is no better place to work.”
Taking the number one spot is Costco. This wholesaler based in Issaquah, Washington inspired one employee to say, "They have a graduated wage program that's based purely on total hours worked. Show up, do your job, and your pay goes up on its own.”
