If you're anything like me, whenever you see an ice cream truck, you just wish they had one popsicle with booze in it. Adults need treats too! Is there anything better than beating the heat with a boozy frozen beverage? Well now you can create your own with these 3 buzz-worthy, super easy, smoothies that will have you cheering all summer long.
This frozen treat is for anyone who loves Rosé (which should be everybody).
2 oz. Vodka
1 oz. of your favorite flavored simple syrup
Start by crushing your ice into a shaker. Then add 2 oz. of vodka (about 1.5 to 2 shots for anyone lacking bartender measuring utensils).
Add an ounce of your favorite flavored simple syrup, then add in some Rosé. Shake the mixture then pour into a glass and add a straw.
2. Prosecco Pops
Between servings of your favorite fruit and the ripe fruit found in Proseco, drinking one of these will totally count as a way to get more fruit in your diet…
The freshest version of your favorite fruit
A blender (but don't eat it)
Drop all your fruit into a blender (don't forget to dice bigger fruits like melons). Then add Prosecco.
Pour your mixture into popsicle molds or ice cubes and stick them in the freezer from 6 hours to overnight.
Get more Prosecco for your pop by putting the popsicles into a glass of the champagne!
3. Orange Beersicle
More of a beer fan than anything else? Good thing beer goes so well on ice…
Your favorite beer
1 oz. Orange Juice
1 oz. Simple Syrup
First, crush up your ice and put it into a cocktail shaker. Add in your simple syrup, 1 oz. of orange juice, then a couple dashes of orange bitters. Then add your favorite beer.
Don't shake this mix, it'll just foam up – so make sure to stir well, then pour into a glass and enjoy.
