Mardi Gras is right around the corner and we want to party! Can’t make it to New Orleans? No worries! We’re showing you a few other fantastically fun Fat Tuesday celebrations Across America.

1. Breckenridge, CO

We’re starting the festivities in Breckenridge, Colorado. Grab your masks and check out the fire dancers and live music at Colorado’s take on the Mardi Gras parade, which might feature fun spectacles likes snow cats cruising down the street and doggies dawning tutus. Sounds like a paw-sitively wonderful time to us! After the parade, check out the Hazel Miller Band! The party goes down March 5th.

2. Mardi Gras in Galveston, Texas

Our next Fat Tuesday stop is in Galveston, Texas. The Mardi Gras celebration kicks off this week with the tossing of three million beads! The lineup includes family events, concerts and fun parades like the funky Uptown Umbrella Brigade! The fiesta continues every weekend through March 5th.

3. Fat Tuesday in St. Louis, Missouri

Our last Mardi Gras stop is in St. Louis, Missouri. St. Louis puts their spin on it all with a Cajun cook off, Run for Your Beads 5k, and a Mardi Gras ball. And if that’s not enough, you can check out the Weiner Dog Derby and the pet parade! The party in St. Louis has already started and continues through March 5th.

If you’re looking for Fat Tuesday festivities, “bead” prepared to have fun at these three Mardi Gras celebrations across America.
