2. A Boozy Beauty Mask
Beer can help us catch up on our beauty sleep as well as our beauty routines. That’s right. All you do is mix together a tablespoon of beer, one tablespoon of plain yogurt, one tablespoon of olive oil, one egg white, and one teaspoon of almond extract. Mix together, apply, leave it on for 15 minutes, and voila!
3. Therapy to Soothe Tired Feet
A long day of work calls for a cold bottle of beer once we get home. Not just for drinking, but for our tired feet. All you have to do is fill a bowl with cold beer, soak your feet in there and let the beer do the rest. The carbonation in beer helps soothe that tired feeling.
4. Polisher for Cooking Pots
Who knew beer comes in handy with your spring cleaning chores?! Yup, you can actually use beer to polish copper pots and pans. According to Men’s Health, all you do is let the dishes soak in beer for a little bit, and the acidity of it will do the rest.
5. Lawn Fertilizer
Gardening and working on that grass will never be the same after this hack. It turns out gardeners have been using beer to grow grass for a long time, as carbohydrates and yeast in the drink stimulate grass-growth. Of course, this hack is meant to be used for occasional brown spots in your lawn, not to replace water. That would be way too pricey!
