December 31st is National Champagne Day! So, of course, it was only fitting that the day we’re toasting the end of another year would be the day to celebrate our favorite bubbly drink. And to make the day even better, The List is rounding up six mouthwatering desserts and drinks from across YouTube that you can whip out using a glass of your favorite champagne.

1. Rosé Champagne Macarons – the Scran Line
