How does she get that incredible glaze? After hours, and hours of intense internet research, Jimmy Rhoades finally found a recipe that claims to make your cakes' topping as smooth as glass, and unlike fondant, it supposedly tastes as good as it looks.
Perfect Mirror Marble Cake Ingredients:
– .7 ounces of gelatin
– 4.2 ounces of water
– 1 1/3 cup white corn syrup
– 2/3 cup sugar
– 1/3 cup water
– one cup sweetened condensed milk
– 1 1/3 cup chocolate
Soak your gelatin powder in half a cup of cold water and set it aside. Boil the corn syrup, sugar, and water. Once it boils, remove it from the heat and add in the gelatin along with sweetened condensed milk.
Stir in the white chocolate and stir it until all of the air bubbles are gone. You can add personality to it with food coloring. Once the temperature reaches 95 degrees (Fahrenheit), pour it over a pre-iced cake.
