Marshmallows
Hershey’s chocolate bars
Graham crackers
Bacon
Any other add-ons you crave
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 400°F.
Roll out each square of puff pastry onto prepared baking sheet.
Break the graham crackers into 1-inch squares and place onto puff pastry dough.
Add marshmallows, Hershey’s chocolate square, and strip of bacon to each square of puff pastry dough.
Fold the pastry over, pinching one corner to another to close/seal, and repeat with remaining puff pastry squares.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, until tops are lightly golden.
3. S’mores Sushi
Our final s’mores variation goes to the other side of the world for inspiration: s’mores sushi!
Ingredients
1/4 c. butter
10 oz. mini marshmallows
5 c. Rice Krispies cereal
2 c. marshmallow fluff
1 c. crushed graham crackers
1 c. semisweet chocolate chips, melted, plus more for serving
Directions
Line a baking sheet with wax paper and grease with cooking spray. In a pot over low heat, melt butter. Add marshmallows and stir until melty. Turn off heat and immediately stir in cereal. Stir until completely coated.
Press mixture onto 11″x15″ pan, covering the entire surface in a thin, even coating of Rice Krispie. After, spread peanut butter, followed by a coating of marshmallow fluff across mixture to desired thickness.
Finally, sprinkle with graham crackers and pour melted chocolate or chocolate syrup across the mixture, in addition to any other treats you desire.
Slice sushi in half lengthwise, then roll up halves, starting from the long side.
Once rolled, refrigerate sushi until firm, approximately one hour.
Slice into sushi rolls and serve with melted chocolate
