Nothing says summer like s’mores, and this season we’re taking them to the next level! Chelsea Martin, co-owner of Noms Bakery, has three ways to up our s’mores game.

1. S’mores Nacho Bowl

The first recipe on our list is a toasted s’mores nacho bowl.

Waffle bowls

Hershey’s chocolate bar

Marshmallows (regular size or minis, based on preference)

Graham cracker

Hershey’s syrup (and any additional sweet syrups desired)

Fill waffle bowl with marshmallows.

Break up Hershey’s chocolate bar and graham crackers into rectangles and add into bowl between marshmallows.

Add any additional sweets you desire.

Top with Hershey’s chocolate syrup, hot fudge, caramel, and/or any sweet toppings you crave.

Scoop up with graham cracker chips and enjoy!

2. Maple Bacon S’mores Croissant

Our next take on s’mores gets some savory flare with a maple bacon s’mores croissant.

One package puff pastry, thawed

Hershey’s chocolate bars

Graham crackers

Any other add-ons you crave

Pre-heat oven to 400°F.

Roll out each square of puff pastry onto prepared baking sheet.

Break the graham crackers into 1-inch squares and place onto puff pastry dough.

Add marshmallows, Hershey’s chocolate square, and strip of bacon to each square of puff pastry dough.

Fold the pastry over, pinching one corner to another to close/seal, and repeat with remaining puff pastry squares.

Bake for 10-12 minutes, until tops are lightly golden.

3. S’mores Sushi

Our final s’mores variation goes to the other side of the world for inspiration: s’mores sushi!

1/4 c. butter

10 oz. mini marshmallows

5 c. Rice Krispies cereal

2 c. marshmallow fluff

1 c. crushed graham crackers

1 c. semisweet chocolate chips, melted, plus more for serving

Line a baking sheet with wax paper and grease with cooking spray. In a pot over low heat, melt butter. Add marshmallows and stir until melty. Turn off heat and immediately stir in cereal. Stir until completely coated.

Press mixture onto 11″x15″ pan, covering the entire surface in a thin, even coating of Rice Krispie. After, spread peanut butter, followed by a coating of marshmallow fluff across mixture to desired thickness.

Finally, sprinkle with graham crackers and pour melted chocolate or chocolate syrup across the mixture, in addition to any other treats you desire.

Slice sushi in half lengthwise, then roll up halves, starting from the long side.

Once rolled, refrigerate sushi until firm, approximately one hour.

Slice into sushi rolls and serve with melted chocolate

Is your mouth watering yet?! Now you’ve got three ways to up your s’mores game all summer long!
