Sneak Peek: 3 of the smartest things to buy this fallThe List Trending
Every fall we see new and new-and-improved items in stores and catching our eyes. This fall is no different, but before you try to beat the crowds for the newest and hottest, Kristina Guerrero is giving you the lowdown on 3 products you'll want to save some cash for, from the newest smartphone, discounted tech items, and even a new book that'll warm your heart for the holidays:
1. The Apple Falls from the Tree
Apple fans, this is it! The new iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Pro are expected to be revealed this week. The new phones will include a slew of new features from fancy new screens, wireless charging, and even newfangled facial recognition technology.
While the phone is expected to cost probably just shy of "too much", thousands of iPhone fans will be standing in line in late September for a chance at one of them; so you might want to start thinking of the excuse you'll give your boss now.
2. TSA Tech
Sometimes when people go through security at the airport, they don't do what they're supposed to with their electronic items, which means they get confiscated – which means discounts for you! The TSA is actually auctioning off some of the items they've confiscated, and you'll definitely get them for cheaper than their retail price.
From cell phones, to jewelry, to sneakers, and even washer and dryers, you can get a bunch of things for super duper cheap, just by buying it from the TSA! For example, one 18K gold ring is currently at auction for $2.25! Head to www.eyeflare.com to see what airport items are on auction near you and online.
3. Yippie-Ki-Yay for Reading
