Summer Cocktails: 3 Refreshing and Easy Recipes
Food The ListSummer is all about good times, chilling by the water, and of course, cocktails! A nice drink can usually help get the party started. Bradley Hasemeyer has drink recipes that are easy to make, refreshingly delicious, and sure to amp up the good times, while you’re soaking in the sun!
1. Ballast 31
1.5oz Hophead vodka (hops infused vodka)
.5 oz elder flower
.5 oz lemon juice
.5 oz simple syrup
Shake with ice & strain into Martini glass. Top with Ballast point grapefruit sculpin and garnish with a lemon twist.
2. Grayhawk Cooler
1.5 oz Arizona Distilling Company Commerce Gin
2 fresh strawberries
3 slices cucumbers
.5 oz elder flower liqueur
.25 oz lime juice
Muddle strawberries & cucumbers. Add gin & liqueur, and lime juice. Give it a quick shake, strain and pour in a Collins glass. Top with soda water and garnish with strawberries.
3. Copper Kettle
2 oz Copper City Bourbon
.5 oz Ancho Reyes Liqueur
.75 oz honey syrup
.5 oz lemon juice
Shake, strain and pour over ice. Garnish with a lemon twist
