1. Violet Cosmo
We’re starting with the Violet Cosmo.
2 oz. citrus peel infused vodka
¼ oz. creme de violet
1 oz. cranberry
¼ oz. lime
½ oz. simple
Stir and strain into a Nick and Nora glass.
2. Pineapple Kokomo
Our next sustainable sipper is the Pineapple Kokomo.
1 oz. Pineapple Rum
1 oz. White Rum
1 oz. Pineapple Juice
.5 Lime Juice
.5 Grapefruit Juice
.5 House Made Falernum
Shake and strain into a Collins glass rimmed with pineapple skin and garnish with pineapple leaves.
