The Lazy Dog & More Cool Dog-Friendly RestaurantsBuzzList
There’s a growing trend in the culinary world — eateries catering to our love of dogs by offering dog-friendly spaces and menus. And we’re not talking just treats here, folks! Read on to learn about The Lazy Dog and more dog-friendly restaurants to grab grub with your goober.
1. The Wilson
Let’s kick off our list of dog-friendly restaurants at The Wilson, located inside New York City’s NoMad hotel. This restaurant recently made headlines for its incredibly bougie mutt menu, serving items like rib eye steak, roasted salmon, grilled chicken breasts, and bowls of sliced apples with heir loom tomatoes and berries — all for your pooch! Wow, who knew Fido was such a foodie?!
2. The Lazy Dog — a Chain of Dog-Friendly Restaurants
Let’s continue our tour of dog-friendly restaurants with The Lazy Dog. This is the biggest dog-friendly stop on our list with over 30 locations across the U.S. and growing. The casual restaurant has tail-wagging menu treats and pooch-friendly patios. Their menu includes items such as chicken, brown rice, hamburgers, and other pup-appropriate snacks. The Lazy Dog definitely looks like a nice place to go on a date with your doggie!
3. MUTTS Canine Cantina
And taking the third spot on our list of dog-friendly restaurants is MUTTS Canine Cantina. With two locations in north Texas, MUTTS is like a dog park-meets-eatery because Rover’s allowed to roam off leash in separate areas for large and small breeds. They’ve got food and booze for you two-legged owners, as well as pupsicles and beef franks for those on four. And, of course, they’re looking to expand by franchising, so you too could go into biz with your bow wow.
