You can go to websites like givesalvationarmy.org and redcross.org. They will put your funds into relief efforts immediately.

2.  Texting

You text the word 'harvey' to 90999 right now, you automatically make a $10 donation.

3.  Apple

You can go on iTunes. Apple has created an online store where you can donate whatever you choose.
